I hold a Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), accredited by both the European Association for Somatic Experiencing and Somatic Experiencing International®.

As an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), I work in line with their professional code of ethics. I am also a member of Tairseach, the Association for Somatic Experiencing Practitioners in Ireland.

I am excited to announce that in September 2025 I will be starting a professional training course in Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy: Transforming the Experience Based Brain (Transforming Touch®). This advanced training will deepen my knowledge and skills in helping clients heal developmental trauma, supporting long-term recovery and nervous system regulation.
